1. Terms
By accessing the website at www.chasingmorgan.com you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, and all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2.1 You may not reproduce or communicate any of the content on this website, including images, copy, or files downloadable without the permission of the copyright owner.
3. Payment
Pricing is on the service page of www.chasingmorgan.com
3.1 The Customer shall pay the Fees to Chasing Morgan for the agreed-upon services.
3.2 Payment of the Fees shall be in the currency specified on the services page and agreed to by Chasing Morgan.
3.3 For the payment of services Chasing Morgan uses cash, OSKO bank transfer, Beem it, and a Square payment platform for credit and debit card transactions with a 2% surcharge.
4. Deposits
4.1 A deposit is required to secure all bookings from new and returning clients as this demonstrates commitment to the appointment and respect for Chasing Morgan’s time.
4.2 The deposit amount is a % of the total fee: 30% within Australia or 40-50% on international tours.
4.2 (a) on a case by case basis, Chasing Morgan may charge a bespoke deposit fee due to, but not limited to, the following reasons:
- The amount of notice given for the booking.
- Whether the booking is mutually agreed to occur during or outside of Chasing Morgan’s advertised business hours.
- If the service agreed upon requires more than the standard preparation time
- Previous unreliable behaviour from the client
5. Cancellations
5.1 Cancellation by client
5.1 (a) Any amounts of money paid toward the booking by the client prior to the date and time of the booking are non-refundable.
5.1 (b) If the client cancels within a timeframe that Chasing Morgan can recover income losses then deposits can be transferred to an alternate booking date and time on the same tour subject to Chasing Morgan’s availability.
5.1 (c) Any transport or accommodation costs incurred as a direct result of the booking cancellation will not be refundable
5.1 (d) Last minute cancellations require full payment of the booking fee due to the inability for Chasing Morgan to recover income losses.
5.1 (e) Future bookings with clients that have previously cancelled last minute will require 100% payment upfront of the new desired booking.
5.2 Cancellation by Chasing Morgan
5.2 (a) If cancellation is due to Chasing Morgan being ill or unable to make the booking all sums of money paid towards the booking will be refunded in full using the client’s choice of deposit method. This may require the client to provide their deposit details again.
5.2 (b) If cancellation is due to Chasing Morgan being ill or unable to make the booking and she can offer an alternative booking date and time that is agreeable to the client, then the received deposit for the initial booking can be used for the new agreed booking.
5.2 (c) If cancellation is due to the client displaying unsafe and/ or unsavoury behaviour (intimidation, manipulation, requesting unsafe/illegal services, refusing hygiene practices, or attempting an activity that Chasing Morgan has not consented to), the deposit (and any additional sums of money paid toward the booking) will not be refunded and the police can be called.
6. Force Majeure
If neither party is able to attend the booking due to an extraordinary and unexpected event or circumstance beyond their control such as war, strike, riot, epidemic, or sudden law changes, a negotiation will take place to reach one of the solutions below which is satisfactory to both parties:
- A refund of monies paid
- Monies paid put towards an unspecified future booking
- Monies paid are transferred to a specific future booking or another servicethat
7. Privacy
7.1 What is Personal Information and why does Chasing Morgan collect it?
7.1 (a) Chasing Morgan is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines her ongoing obligations to you in respect of how she manages your Personal Information. She has adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information. A copy of the Australian Privacy Principles may be obtained from the website of The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at https://www.oaic.gov.au/.
7.1 (b) Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information Chasing Morgan collects include names, addresses, email addresses, and phone and facsimile numbers. This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including correspondence, by telephone and facsimile, by email, and via this website www.chasingmorgan.com. Chasing Morgan collects your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing her services to you and safeguarding her safety and security.
7.1 (c) You may unsubscribe from the mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting Chasing Morgan in writing.
7.2 Security of Personal Information
7.2 (a) Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
7.2 (b) When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, reasonable steps will be taken to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by Chasing Morgan for a minimum of 7 years.
7.3 Access to your Personal Information
7.3 (a) You may access the Personal Information about you to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact Chasing Morgan in writing.
4.3 (b) In order to protect your Personal Information we require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
7.4 Maintaining the quality of your Personal Information
7.4 (a) It is important that your Personal Information is up to date. Chasing Morgan will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise her as soon as practicable so she can update her records and ensure she can continue to provide quality services to you.
