4. Deposits

4.1 A deposit is required to secure all dates from new and returning suitors, as this demonstrates a commitment to the appointment and respect for Chasing Morgan’s time.

4.2 The deposit amount is a % of the total consideration: 30-50% within Australia or 50% on international dates.

4.2 (a) on a case-by-case basis, Chasing Morgan may request a bespoke deposit fee due to, but not limited to, the following reasons:

  • The amount of notice given
  • Whether the date is mutually agreed to occur outside Chasing Morgan’s regular hours.
  • If the date requires more than the standard preparation time.
  • Previous unreliable behaviour from the suitor.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Cancellation by suitor

5.1 (a) Any amounts of consideration paid towards the date by the suitor prior to the date are non-refundable.

5.1 (b) If the suitor cancels within a reasonable timeframe (48hrs+) then deposits can be transferred to an alternate booking date and time on the same trip, subject to Chasing Morgan’s availability.

5.1 (c) Any transport or accommodation costs incurred as a direct result of the date cancellation will not be refundable.

5.1 (d) Cancellations within 48 hour of the date require full consideration of the date.

5.1 (e) Future dates with suitors that have previously cancelled at the last minute will require 100% consideration upfront for the new desired date.

5.2 Cancellation by Chasing Morgan

5.2 (a) If cancellation is due to Chasing Morgan being ill or unable to make the date all considerations will be refunded in full using the suitor’s choice of deposit method. This may require the suitor to provide their deposit details again.

5.2 (b) If cancellation is due to Chasing Morgan being ill or unable to make the date and she can offer an alternative date and time that is agreeable to the suitor, then the received deposit for the initial date can be used for the new agreed date.

5.2 (c) If cancellation is due to the suitor displaying unsafe and/ or unsavoury behaviour (intimidation, manipulation, requesting unsafe/illegal services, refusing hygiene practices, or attempting an activity that Chasing Morgan has not consented to), the deposit (and any additional considerations) will not be refunded and the police will be called.

 6. Force Majeure

If neither party is able to attend the date due to an extraordinary and unexpected event or circumstance beyond their control, such as war, strike, riot, epidemic, or sudden law changes, a negotiation will take place to reach one of the solutions below, which is satisfactory to both parties:

  • A refund of considerations
  • Considerations put towards an unspecified future booking
  • Considerations transferred to a specific future booking
